Peet's Colombian Caracol

While I usually prefer Starbucks this time of year, I'm totally digging Peet's special offering of Columbia Caracol (it's a Peaberry coffee).

Here's a secret - I'm making it in my Chemex rather than in my normal Cuisinart.
